Welcome to Health Inspired Nutrition Therapy

Health Inspired Nutrition Therapy (HINT) invites you to start your journey to optimize your health. Use the HINT as a guidance
to take your health in your hands by making informed decisions about the food you consume and your lifestyle choices.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Edinburgh who is passionate about the restorative power
of food and would like you to experience it first-hand.

I do not encourage short term calorie restrictive or calorie counting diets that often lead to yo-yo effect.
I focus on nutritional education, individual approach and gradual lifestyle changes that lead to long
term results and help to build a healthy relationship with food.
