I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist based in Edinburgh who is passionate about the restorative power
of food and would like you to experience it first-hand.


I do not encourage short term calorie restrictive or calorie counting diets that often lead to yo-yo effect.
I focus on nutritional education, individual approach and gradual lifestyle changes that lead to long
 term results and help to build a healthy relationship with food.

It helps to identify potential nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors that may lead to development of suboptimum health. It is a holistic approach which recognises that we are all biochemically unique and aims to create personalized dietary and lifestyle programme to support your body functions.
