Since my childhood I struggled with various health problems and the conventional medicine did not help to find the root cause of my health issues. When in my twenties my health deteriorated further and the prescription medicine made me feel even worse I started my own research into the potential causes of my symptoms and how the food I consume impacts my body. Within couple of weeks of dietary changes, I noticed improvement in my physical and emotional state which inspired me to persevere in my new approach to healthy eating.
As a result of the eating habits modifications and the supplemental protocol that was designed by a Nutritional Therapist I experienced what it means to have higher energy levels, mental clarity and my main digestive symptoms were gone. Moreover, the additional benefit was a significant weight loss. This experience motivated me to share my knowledge with others and help them experience similar benefits which led me to complete a 3 years’ Diploma in Nutrition Therapy.
As part of my continual professional development, I regularly attend seminars, workshops, and read nutrition literature to stay abreast of the latest research and practice in nutrition.

My main aim as a nutritional therapist is to apply my nutritional knowledge to make a positive difference in your life guiding you in your journey towards your optimum wellbeing. I believe that knowledge and self-awareness are powerful tools that will help you take your health in your hands. I take a holistic approach to support your body and look for the root causes of your symptoms. I believe that a human body is created in such an amazing way that when given what it needs the body will achieve the best health possible.
I do not encourage short term restrictive diets that lead to yo-yo effect.
I focus on nutritional education, individual approach and gradual lifestyle
changes that lead to long term results.
Dialog and Support
I acknowledge that everybody is able to implement the changes at their own pace and therefore perfection is not required. Instead, you can expect understanding, support, informative discussion and dialog that will motivate you to make better choices for yourself and your loved ones.
During the consultations, we agree on the changes and the pace to introduce them. Some people prefer to make immediate changes, others prefer baby steps on which they build each time we meet. The choice is yours! Even if you do not implement all the changes we agreed on, please come back and we will find a different way to move you forward.
